After obtaining his Florida Contractor’s License in 1999, Dave established RDR in 2003, and has tailored the business to provide personalized and professional service. Dave Raffey furthers his education frequently to stay atop of the latest happenings in the construction industry. He completed a construction management course in 2009 given by Turner School of Construction, and his most recent continuing education course in 2016. Dave also receives automated emails from The State of Florida informing him of changes in the industry and events occurring. Of course, all contractors licensed with the State of Florida receive these emails, but Dave reads them and takes note.
To assist Dave in the office, I, Susie Raffey, handle the administrative duties. With 30 years of experience in office administration, I provide essential bookkeeping knowledge and handle customer service. Before earning my paralegal certification in 2009 from the University of Miami, I attended the Florida Gold Coast School of Real Estate in 2001 and sold Real Estate.
